In case of a dispute only the German version of the terms and conditions will take effect.

Scope
For orders in our online shop only the terms and conditions at the time of the order are applicable.
Possible changes of these rules are only accepted when we will confirm this to you in writing.

Contract purpose
With your order and our confirmation of order a purchase contract is concluded. The purpose of this contract is the purchase and the payment of your ordered products and the delivery on our part.

Conclusion of contract
The product descriptions and illustrations depicted in the online shop are not considered as legally binding offers, but instead a request to order.
By clicking the “Submit order” button, the Customer is deemed to place a binding order for the mer-chandise listed on the order page.
Your order, along with the acceptance of your order, takes place immediately by automated e-mail or directly by our delivery to you.

Conditions of delivery
The ordered products are only delivered to an address here in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

For reasons of security an advance payment is required for first-time customers if they order for more than CHF 100.-.

The goods shall be delivered from the seller’s warehouse in CH-3550 Langnau on the expenses of the customer. But for the packaging and the delivery we charge to you only an uninsured shipping flat-rate of CHF 9.- per order.

Settlement of a claim for loss on patent damage to the goods ordered is only made with written confir-mation from the particular carrier (for example Swiss post).

Delivery time
The goods are usually on stock and the delivery takes places generally within 2-3 working days by PostPac Economy.

If the goods aren’t on stock we will inform you by writing about the expected delivery date.

Collection in the factory
You may also pick-up the goods in our factory outlet. Please inform us about this in the ordering-process.

If you pick-up the goods you don’t have to pay the flat-rate of CHF 9.- for the packaging and delivery.
Please note that we can only accept cash-payment in our factory-outlet.

Transport damage
We pack our goods in appropriate boxes. If in any case the goods are damaged during transport please get in touch with us for replacement or reimbursement (info@multi-extrakt.ch).

Prices
Our prices are indicated in CHF and are inclusive the legal VAT. For the packaging and delivery we charge to you only an uninsured flat-rate of CHF 9.- per order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. For customers, the prices as published on the website on the order date apply.

Payment
The customer will have the following payment options:

  • Prepayment to our postal account 30-28691-6 (IBAN CH76 0900 0000 3002 8691 6)
  • On acount – we reserve the right to request a prepayment also for existing customers at any time.
  • With PayPal

Terms of payment
Payments on account have to be made categorical within 30 days after the invoice date.
Multi-Extrakt AG reserves the right to deliver only by prepayment or cash on delivery also for existing customers (any costs for the cash on delivery have to be paid by the customers).

The customer is automatically in arrears after expiry of this period for payment, without the requirement of a reminder.
Dunning costs amounting up to CHF 30.- per required dunning shall occur additionally.
In addition to this the customer is requested to replace all costs that occur to the Multi-Extrakt for the demand of the unpaid part of the invoice.

Order fulfilment
The customer fulfills his performance by payment. We are fulfilling our performance by giving the goods to the carrier (Swiss post).

Right of cancellation
Not least for reasons of hygiene food and beverages are excluded for the return right.
For other products such as decoration material or commodities the customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 working-days and to return the goods on his costs.
The delivered goods have to be returned intact, unused and complete in the original packaging.
If all these requirements are not fulfilled by the customer we can charge a handling fee of CHF 30.-
The right to return the goods start with the receipt of the goods at the customer.
The customer has to pay all the costs for sending back the goods. The right for return the goods stays only intact in the original packaging.
Generally excluded from the right to return the goods are products that were made especially on re-quest of the customer.
As soon as the customer has returned the goods on time and in good order he will receive from Multi-Extrakt AG a credit note or a substitute delivery.

Place of jurisdiction
Place of performance and prace of jurisdiction is for both parties the registered address of Multi-Extrakt AG here in CH-3550 Langnau i.E.. Swiss law alone shall apply.

Final clauses
These Terms and Conditions solely apply on sale of the goods specified in the online-shop at the time of conclusion of the contract.
These Terms and Conditions also apply it they are different from the customer’s conditions.
If in any case certain parts of the Terms and Conditions are or will get ineffective then that does not affect the legal enforcement of the remaining regulations.
Otherwise we reserve the right to change these regulations at any time.
